Series 01 · Polaroid
Boris Zuliani · 8 frames · Vietnam
Shot on expired Polaroid 88 film across Vietnam.
Cool, muted frames from daily life — market vendors, quiet streets, faces caught in passing light. Greens go yellow, skin warms, shadows lift into a soft haze. The instability of the expired emulsion is not corrected; chemistry leaves its mark, and each frame becomes an irreproducible artefact.

Mot Met Studio is an analog photography practice based in Vietnam, founded by Boris Zuliani. The work centres on historical processes — wet collodion, large-format film, and an ongoing practice with expired Polaroid — producing images that resist digital reproduction and exist as singular objects.
Each series is available for gallery exhibition and representation.
